YOUR OPPORTUNITY

RBCT is seeking to appoint an Accounts Clerk to support finance operations, accounting processes, and financial reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions in a timely and accurate manner, and supporting financial close activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cash and bank administration;
  • Employee expense reimbursements;
  • Select Accounts payable processing;
  • General ledger processing;
  • Financial reporting and financial close support;
  • Fixed asset administration;
  • General finance administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting/Diploma in Accounting, with 2 years’ experience in a clerical position with basic accounting exposure.  

Skills

Numerical skills, Computer literacy including experience with electronic spreadsheets, MS Excel and Word packages, SAP FI Module & online banking platform experience would be an advantage.
